Collect your bicycle promptly after service completion

6. Service Warranty

Customers must inspect their bicycle at pickup/delivery and report any issues immediately.

Pickup/delivery times are approximate and may vary.


The customer must ensure accurate address details.


We are not liable for delays or missed pickups due to customer unavailability.


9. Intellectual Property

Return and Refund Policy

At TEXAS DREAM BIKES, we aim to provide high-quality bicycle repair, maintenance, and related services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel appointments or request refunds.


1. Cancellation of Service Appointments

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation


Customers may cancel a service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.


Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $25.

2. No-Show Policy


If the customer does not show up for a scheduled appointment and fails to inform us:


The appointment will be marked as a No-Show, and


Any advance payment or booking fee is non-refundable (if applicable)


Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings


3. Refund Policy for Service Charges

3.1 Service Fees


Service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been started or completed.


If a customer cancels before work begins and within the allowed time frame, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the terms agreed at booking.


3.2 Advance Payments


Advance payments or booking deposits are refundable only if:


You cancel within the permitted timeframe, or


We are unable to provide the service due to internal issues (technician unavailability, equipment failure, etc.)


3.3 Quality-Related Refunds


If you are not satisfied with the service provided:


We may offer free adjustments or corrections within 5 days of service completion.


Full refunds for quality issues will be provided only after inspection and when a clear service failure on our part is confirmed.


4. Refund Policy for Spare Parts / Products


Spare parts, accessories, or products purchased are non-refundable once installed or used.


Unopened and unused parts may be returned within 30 days with the original receipt, subject to inspection.


Custom-ordered or special-request items cannot be returned.


5. Pickup and Delivery (If Applicable)
