"Hey, I’m Morgann Lahaie—partner at Texas Dream Bikes and a lifelong bike nerd. I’ve been in the bike world for over 20 years, but it all started when I was 12, patching flats on rental bikes at my local shop back in France.
Since then, I’ve raced BMX professionally, built and fixed more bikes than I can count, and turned my passion into a career I truly love. I moved to Austin in 2011 and immediately felt at home in the city’s awesome cycling scene.

Jorge Rascon
" Raised in the beautiful border town of Juarez/El paso, I was basically born with a wrench in my hand. I like anything with wheels, from a skateboard to cars, also anything that has to do with BBQ and beer. I've been in the bike game for over a decade and have been providing service here in Austin for over 8 years. I'm the Service Technician/Partner here at TXDB and the guy you call when your bike feels off.
TXDB? This shop? We built ourselves - every wall, the custom shower, the suspension station, every bolt, every tool was chosen carefully - Because we wanted a place that works as hard and precisely as we do. We provide the highest quality of bike care that this town has to offer. To us It's all about dialed suspension, smooth brakes, and custom builds that ride as good as they look.
My Specialties? Wheel building, brakes system, suspension linkage, frame wrapping, and saving you from a stuck/stripped bolt. If it squeaks, squeals, grinds or creaks. - I'm on it! "
Adam Simo
“For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to work exclusively with suspension but have never been able to find a way to make it possible, I'm happy to say that with the help of my partners I’ve turned that dream into a reality. I’ve been a professional in this industry for over 12 years and have never had the opportunity to immerse myself into the one aspect of the job that I’m most passionate about, with determination and a whole lot of effort we have hand-built the perfect shop to bring that vision to fruition. With such a high barrier to entry most of the shops I’ve worked for in the past have avoided taking on high-level suspension work despite my qualifications, with full creative liberty (and our own investment) I was able to assemble the perfect toolset to confidently offer suspension service the way I want it. I hold myself to a very high standard and that is reflected in my work; with all of the necessary tools and facilities I am beyond excited to meet (and hopefully exceed) the quality of work our customers would expect from factory service.
I’m a simple guy, my interests are: Technical work, shredding the gnar, cooking, and video games. I love my family dearly and have intense loyalty for the people who have undertaken this endeavor with me, I hope that our organization can be a living example of the greatness that is possible when you have the right people around you. Without this level of confidence in my partners I never would have been able to take a step back and focus on building my knowledge in order to run the suspension service department at the level I’ve taken it to, nothing less than perfection is acceptable and constant improvement is expected. "I grew up in the South Texas border between Brownsville/Matamoros. Spent some time in DFW and made my way to Austin in 2015. When I came to ATX, I spent most of my time exploring the city on two wheels. I found a job helping at a small motorcycle store on the south side, It just so happened to sell high end bicycles as well. I never imagined I'd be a part of something like Texas Dream Bikes. I admire and respect my team and our dedication to excellence. I've come to love this city and it's blessed me with a family, an awesome 2 wheel riding community, and a place than I can call home. "
